Preview a Video Segment
with Windows Media Player
To preview a section of the Polly Adam Deaf Childhood Development WWWorkshop, you need to have the Microsoft Media Player installed. To determine if it's installed, click Start, Programs, Accessories, and Entertainment. If you see Windows Media Player listed in that section you're ready to go.
Video clips are typically very large files. The following clip is only 5 seconds and is over 1 Megabyte. Using a dial-up modem connection, it will take from 4 to 10 minutes to download the file.
If the Media Player doesn't start, click or double-click on the video clip to play it.

If you'd like to see the entire 15 second clip (file size 3.5 Megabytes), you'll spend 11 to 35 minutes downloading with a dial-up modem.
