Participants will:

Be provided with one article to read and discuss. Each will also be required to find and provide one article to the community for reading/discussion related to the topic...

Be required to read the main article and three other articles provided by participants...

Be required to generate one discussion question for the article they bring to the group, lead the discussion on that topic, and post a thorough summary on the discussion of the article…

Be required to respond to and participate in the discussions of the three articles chosen to read:

                 1 original response to

                 the question posed

                 1 response to another

                 participant who has read

                 that article

1 reflection post on the article

                 (not a summary of the

                 discussion, but a reflection

                 which considers what the

                 participant knew before and

                 thoughts post-discussion)

It is estimated participants will invest a minimum of ten hours (three hours in the first week, two hours in the 2nd and 3rd weeks, and three hours during the last week).  Participants may invest more time; however, only 1.0 hours of CEU credit can be awarded.  No partial credit will be awarded.

Participants must start and complete the CoP within the four-week period. Participants may re-enter a CoP twice; however, it will be necessary to do the work required (listed above) on four new articles.
